{"id":11108,"date":"2022-10-03T14:17:40","date_gmt":"2022-10-03T18:17:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/?p=11108"},"modified":"2022-10-03T14:17:48","modified_gmt":"2022-10-03T18:17:48","slug":"como-prevenir-el-burnout-con-estos-3-tips","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/como-prevenir-el-burnout-con-estos-3-tips\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo prevenir el burnout con estos 3 tips"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aunque el s\u00edndrome de burnout es un tema complejo, son los peque\u00f1os cambios del d\u00eda a d\u00eda que van sumando y nos llevan a sentirnos m\u00e1s recuperados y llenos de energ\u00eda.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 podemos hacer desde hoy para sentirnos mejor?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.- <strong>Luego de cada tarea completada, tomar un momento para celebrarla:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las razones por las que llegamos al exceso de cansancio, es por esta sensaci\u00f3n de dar, dar, dar y no sentir que recibimos. Aunque sea nuestro trabajo, nuestras acciones suelen estar definidas por y para alguien m\u00e1s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada vez que termines una tarea pendiente, aparta un momento para tomarte un caf\u00e9, hacer una llamada, tomar un peque\u00f1o \u201cbreak\u201d por un par de minutos. Esto cambia el \u00e1nimo y te recarga para seguir a la pr\u00f3xima tarea pendiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.-<strong>Mientras est\u00e9s trabajando en un objetivo, no pienses en el resto de cosas que tienes pendientes<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si est\u00e1s trabajando en una tarea espec\u00edfica, pero tienes la mente en las otras 5 cosas que te faltan por hacer, est\u00e1s perdiendo energ\u00eda, perdiendo enfoque, caus\u00e1ndote ansiedad, por algo que no puedes solucionar en ese exacto momento. La realidad es que s\u00f3lo puedes ocuparte de una cosa a la vez. Piensa, entonces, en una cosa a la vez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.-<strong>Si te sientes agobiado en un momento del d\u00eda, seguir trabajando no te har\u00e1 sentir mejor<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esa creencia de: \u201cm\u00e1s siempre es mejor\u201d, no es necesariamente as\u00ed. Si llevas horas trabajando y te empiezas a sentir agobiado o estresado por la cantidad de cosas por hacer, seguir haciendo para \u201cterminar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido\u201d puede causar el efecto contrario. No est\u00e1s al 100% sinti\u00e9ndote as\u00ed, y lo que podr\u00eda tomarse 20 minutos, termina tomando mucho m\u00e1s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En estos casos, apartar 10 o 15 minutos para cerrar los ojos y descansar puede ser s\u00faper efectivo a la hora de recargar energ\u00eda.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Independientemente del trabajo que sea, recuerda que la prioridad eres t\u00fa. Tu bienestar.
