{"id":11521,"date":"2022-11-01T02:11:56","date_gmt":"2022-11-01T06:11:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/?p=11521"},"modified":"2024-01-30T06:55:59","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T11:55:59","slug":"como-cerrar-el-ciclo-del-estres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/como-cerrar-el-ciclo-del-estres\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo cerrar el ciclo del estr\u00e9s?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La raz\u00f3n principal por la que llegamos al burnout es el estr\u00e9s sostenido durante semanas, meses y hasta a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llega un punto donde se vuelve inmanejable para el cuerpo y por eso <strong>el agotamiento, como forma de compensaci\u00f3n, es el resultado<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La respuesta del estr\u00e9s est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para situaciones donde nos sentimos en peligro, amenazados, y la forma de lidiar con esto, es con tres mecanismos: <strong>pelear, paralizarnos o huir.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si nos imaginamos que tenemos un le\u00f3n frente a nosotros, nuestra respuesta ser\u00eda una de estas tres, y una vez a salvo, el nivel de estr\u00e9s disminuir\u00eda. Es decir, no se quedar\u00eda en nuestro cuerpo, porque la reacci\u00f3n le dar\u00eda fin -o expresi\u00f3n- a la emoci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es el paso que nos falta cada vez que nos sentimos estresados, ese que libera el estr\u00e9s y le deja saber a nuestro cuerpo que ya no estamos \u201cen peligro\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo nos damos este mensaje de seguridad de forma pr\u00e1ctica y accionable? \u00bfC\u00f3mo hacerlo hoy mismo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entendiendo que el estr\u00e9s se refleja de forma f\u00edsica, la mejor forma de aliviarlo, es respondiendo en el mismo lenguaje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ponte en movimiento:<\/strong> Correr. Salir a caminar. Darle una vueltica a la urbanizaci\u00f3n. Bailar tu canci\u00f3n favorita. Algo sencillo, agradable. Que le env\u00ede el mensaje a tu cuerpo de \u201cya la situaci\u00f3n de alerta se acab\u00f3\u201d y puedas quitar la atenci\u00f3n del problema.<\/li><li>Si no puedes en ese momento, tensa todos los m\u00fasculos de tu cuerpo: empieza por los pies, las piernas, el abdomen, los brazos, la espalda, el cuello, y luego rel\u00e1jalos.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> como ya hemos comentando, la respiraci\u00f3n es una de las primeras cosas que se aceleran cuando hay estr\u00e9s. Inhala durante 8 segundos, exhala durante 8 segundos. Repite hasta que te sientas m\u00e1s calmado.<\/li><li><strong>Llama a alguien que ames: <\/strong>Y si lo tienes cerca, abr\u00e1zalo durante unos 20 segundos. Esto produce sensaci\u00f3n de seguridad y relaja al momento.<\/li><li><strong>Ve v\u00eddeos c\u00f3micos.<\/strong> Re\u00edr hace magia.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Todas estas cosas cierran el ciclo de estr\u00e9s.
