{"id":11533,"date":"2022-11-01T03:33:51","date_gmt":"2022-11-01T07:33:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/?p=11533"},"modified":"2022-11-01T03:33:52","modified_gmt":"2022-11-01T07:33:52","slug":"4-formas-en-la-que-lideres-evitan-el-burnout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/4-formas-en-la-que-lideres-evitan-el-burnout\/","title":{"rendered":"4 Formas en la que l\u00edderes evitan el Burnout"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hace un par de semanas, conversamos acerca de las causas m\u00e1s importantes por las que los l\u00edderes llegan al burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta oportunidad, hablaremos sobre <strong>5 cosas que los l\u00edderes exitosos hacen para mantener el bienestar<\/strong>, lo que los <strong>lleva a un mejor rendimiento, <\/strong>y a su vez, <strong>evitar el burnout.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.-<strong>Conciencia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los estudios muestran que las personas que son m\u00e1s conscientes tienen niveles m\u00e1s bajos de estr\u00e9s por carga de trabajo y, como resultado, se sienten menos agotados emocionalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos ser m\u00e1s conscientes\/estar m\u00e1s presentes?:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Meditar<\/strong>, aunque solo sea por unos minutos al d\u00eda, para reducir la velocidad y prestar m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a nuestros pensamientos y emociones.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Practicar la autorreflexi\u00f3n: <\/strong>Tomarnos tiempo para pensar en puntos de vista diferentes para cada situaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Desarrollar el autoconocimiento:<\/strong> comprender c\u00f3mo nuestros valores, creencias y suposiciones afectan nuestra vida, acciones y las personas que nos rodean.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.-<strong>Resiliencia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras m\u00e1s afrontemos con \u00e9xito las situaciones dif\u00edciles, m\u00e1s confianza tendremos en nuestra capacidad para hacer frente a los desaf\u00edos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dividir los grandes proyectos en metas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as y alcanzables es clave para reducir la sensaci\u00f3n de agobio, como tambi\u00e9n preocuparnos por las cosas peque\u00f1as o pensar en cosas que no podemos arreglar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos ser m\u00e1s resilientes?:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cambiar el enfoque de la amenaza al crecimiento\u00a0<\/li><li>Dividir desaf\u00edos complejos en problemas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os para resolver\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Recuperar el control priorizando tareas y creando un plan de acci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/li><li>Elegir la consistencia sobre la perfecci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.-<strong>Conexi\u00f3n social<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La profundidad y la calidad de nuestras interacciones con otras personas tienen un profundo impacto en nuestros niveles de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El aislamiento social est\u00e1 relacionado con niveles m\u00e1s altos de ansiedad y niveles m\u00e1s bajos de autoestima y satisfacci\u00f3n con la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos evitar la desconexi\u00f3n?:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Expresar gratitud y practicar la compasi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/li><li>Ser voluntario o ayudar a alguien que lo necesita\u00a0<\/li><li>Colaborar con otros en un proyecto o actividad de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.-<strong>Prop\u00f3sito<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos estamos motivados por algo, y este sentido de prop\u00f3sito es una fuente de energ\u00eda duradera que puede ayudarnos a encontrar significado en lo que hacemos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas con un fuerte sentido de prop\u00f3sito son m\u00e1s capaces de tener \u00e9xito: pueden manejar la complejidad y lidiar con el estr\u00e9s de manera m\u00e1s efectiva.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos trabajar desde nuestro prop\u00f3sito?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Encontrar nuestro prop\u00f3sito: Pregunt\u00e1ndonos cu\u00e1les son nuestras cinco fortalezas principales, las cosas m\u00e1s importantes que valoramos y el legado que queremos dejar atr\u00e1s\u00a0<\/li><li>Compartir nuestro prop\u00f3sito<\/li><li>Procurar nuestro prop\u00f3sito: remodelar nuestro trabajo y entorno laboral para alinearlo con nuestro prop\u00f3sito y fortalezas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Parte muy importante del liderazgo, es el ejemplo. Demostrar que cuidamos de nosotros, va a promover en los empleados priorizar el bienestar.
