Minim\u00edzalas, del\u00e9galas o elim\u00ednalas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.- <strong>Agrupa tareas similares<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una forma de ahorrar tiempo y energ\u00eda mental, es completar todas las tareas de un s\u00f3lo tipo antes de pasar al siguiente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, crea per\u00edodos de tiempo separados para responder correos electr\u00f3nicos, hacer llamadas telef\u00f3nicas, organizar, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No respondas correos electr\u00f3nicos y mensajes a medida que llegan, ya que hacerlo es una distracci\u00f3n en su m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n. As\u00ed que inhala, exhala y haz una tarea a la vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.-<strong>Asigna l\u00edmites de tiempo a las tareas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parte de la creaci\u00f3n de tu horario debe implicar establecer <strong>l\u00edmites de tiempo<\/strong> <strong>para las tareas<\/strong> en lugar de simplemente trabajar hasta que terminen.
