Cumpliste con tu horario. Terminaste tus tareas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerraste la computadora para irte a descansar, pero cuando te acuestas, o intentas desconectarte, no lo logras:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Piensas en lo que tienes pendiente que dejaste &#8220;para despu\u00e9s&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piensas en lo que es responsabilidad de alguien m\u00e1s, pero te afecta si no est\u00e1 bien hecho, y te angustia no tener control sobre la situaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piensas en las cosas que hay que resolver en tu casa, con tus hijos, tu pareja, el dinero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfNo te has dado cuenta que, aunque cumplas con todas tus responsabilidades, siempre hay algo m\u00e1s en qu\u00e9 pensar o por qu\u00e9 preocuparte?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer para no abrumarte, lograr desconectar tu mente, y descansar no solo f\u00edsica, sino mental y emocionalmente tambi\u00e9n?Si independientemente de c\u00f3mo haya sido tu d\u00eda de trabajo -bueno, malo, intenso, tranquilo- te sigues sintiendo igual, esto nos dice que es algo que puedes cambiar si <strong>cambias tu forma de interpretar la situaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigue leyendo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preg\u00fantate cada vez que te veas d\u00e1ndole vueltas a la cabeza, pensando en cosas que no vas a resolver en ese momento, si realmente est\u00e1 cambiando algo s\u00f3lo porque est\u00e9s preocupado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfSi en lugar de pensar en lo que te tiene angustiado o ansioso, piensas en cualquier otra cosa, qu\u00e9 cambiar\u00eda en tu entorno? -Exacto. No cambiar\u00eda nada<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es decir, si eliges, deliberadamente, <strong>dejar la preocupaci\u00f3n de lado<\/strong>, te dar\u00e1s cuenta que eres t\u00fa quien est\u00e1 en control. Tienes el poder de calmar tu mente y relajar el cuerpo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un ejercicio s\u00faper efectivo es <strong>ACEPTAR-ABRAZAR<\/strong> que estas preocupado: &#8220;si, esto, esto y aquello me preocupa&#8221;, luego, del\u00e9galo a tu \u201cyo\u201d de ma\u00f1ana: \u201cya el\/ella podr\u00e1 resolverlo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un descanso profundo es mucho m\u00e1s efectivo si lo que buscas es solucionar cosas al d\u00eda siguiente.
