{"id":16564,"date":"2023-05-01T02:46:04","date_gmt":"2023-05-01T06:46:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/?p=16564"},"modified":"2023-05-01T02:50:41","modified_gmt":"2023-05-01T06:50:41","slug":"6-rasgos-de-personalidad-que-gritan-burnout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/6-rasgos-de-personalidad-que-gritan-burnout\/","title":{"rendered":"6 rasgos de personalidad que gritan \u201cBURNOUT\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sabemos que el burnout es el agotamiento de nuestro cuerpo y mente por un largo per\u00edodo de alta presi\u00f3n laboral o condiciones (laborales) estresantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, aparte de los factores externos y el ambiente laboral, <strong>los factores individuales, como los rasgos de personalidad, tambi\u00e9n pueden desempe\u00f1ar un papel MUY importante en el desarrollo del burnout.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, <strong>te hablaremos de 6 tipos de rasgos de personalidad que \u2018predicen\u2019 el burnout.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autoevaluaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoevaluaci\u00f3n se trata de la creencia fundamental en las propias habilidades y la creencia en el autoestima. \u00c9sta consta de cuatro caracter\u00edsticas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Autoconfianza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creencia general en las propias capacidades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estabilidad emocional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La creencia de que tienes el control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>?Quien se autoeval\u00faa de manera positiva, <strong>ve una tarea dif\u00edcil como una oportunidad para tener \u00e9xito debido a su gran confianza en s\u00ed mismo.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>?Quien se autoeval\u00faa de manera negativa, <strong>ve una tarea dif\u00edcil como amenazante y estresante. Prefieren el trabajo rutinario, por ejemplo<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras m\u00e1s negativa la autoevaluaci\u00f3n, mayor riesgo de burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Afecto positivo y afecto negativo:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El afecto positivo es la tendencia a experimentar emociones positivas, como felicidad, entusiasmo y alegr\u00eda. El optimista ve su estr\u00e9s laboral como algo temporal. El pesimista, por otro lado, ve los factores estresantes del trabajo como permanentes. <strong>Por lo tanto, las personas pesimistas tienen m\u00e1s posibilidades de agotarse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Personalidad proactiva<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si eres proactivo, buscas oportunidades. Te pones en acci\u00f3n, muestras iniciativa y perseveras hasta que se produce el cambio. Por lo tanto, una personalidad proactiva puede reducir la probabilidad de llegar al burnout.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es m\u00e1s probable que elijas un entorno que est\u00e9 abierto a hacer cambios que alguien con una personalidad reactiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resiliencia<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La resiliencia es la medida en que una persona puede manejar los factores estresantes sin tensiones psicol\u00f3gicas o f\u00edsicas.&nbsp;<br>Si eres resiliente, crees -o sabes-&nbsp; que puedes controlar las cosas que te suceden. <strong>Es por eso que los trabajadores resilientes ven las situaciones laborales dif\u00edciles como desaf\u00edos en lugar de amenazas.<\/strong> Los empleados resilientes, por lo tanto, tienen menos posibilidades de desarrollar burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Personalidad tipo A<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una personalidad tipo A describe el grado en que una persona es hostil, agresiva e impaciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tienes una personalidad tipo A, con frecuencia ves el ambiente de trabajo como negativo y tiendes a ver las cosas peque\u00f1as como injustas. Es m\u00e1s una respuesta negativa, como quejarte o molestarte, a sentirte estimulado y motivado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto, muchas veces, provoca una reacci\u00f3n negativa de los compa\u00f1eros y podr\u00eda llevarlos a evitar esta actitud.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las personas con personalidad tipo A son m\u00e1s propensas a elegir un trabajo estresante y es m\u00e1s probable que provoquen factores estresantes.
