Dediquen tiempo a actividades que les traigan alegr\u00eda, practiquen la atenci\u00f3n plena, realicen ejercicio regularmente y aseg\u00farense de descansar lo suficiente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deleguen y colaboren: <\/strong>No tienen que llevar solos el peso del mundo. Conf\u00eden en su equipo y empod\u00e9renlos para que asuman responsabilidades.
