{"id":18246,"date":"2023-08-12T11:46:45","date_gmt":"2023-08-12T15:46:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/?p=18246"},"modified":"2023-08-12T11:46:46","modified_gmt":"2023-08-12T15:46:46","slug":"como-enfrentar-el-burnout-y-crear-una-cultura-laboral-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/como-enfrentar-el-burnout-y-crear-una-cultura-laboral-saludable\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo enfrentar el burnout y crear una cultura laboral saludable?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Es fundamental perder el miedo y la verg\u00fcenza a expresar que no podemos m\u00e1s y a asumir que no nos sentimos bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sabes, queremos dedicar estas semanas a compartirte los puntos m\u00e1s importantes que se hablaron durante el Primer Congreso Iberoamericano contra el Burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el foro de apertura del evento, \u201cVisi\u00f3n del Burnout\u201d, Carmen Mart\u00ednez, de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud, comparti\u00f3 puntos clave que enviamos la semana pasada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy, queremos compartir contigo los puntos m\u00e1s relevantes de las intervenciones de dos ponentes adicionales: Dilcia Ruan (directora y asesor de proyectos especiales de VIAHR) y el reverendo Andr\u00e9s Ramos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilcia Ruan, una de las destacadas ponentes del congreso, nos record\u00f3 que <strong>VIAHR naci\u00f3 a partir del deseo de transformar el dolor en servicio.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa surgi\u00f3 de la experiencia de <a href=\"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/equipo-de-viahr\/\">Mar\u00eda M\u00e9ndez<\/a>, presidenta y fundadora de la organizaci\u00f3n, quien no quer\u00eda que otros pasaran por lo que ella vivi\u00f3. Dilcia destac\u00f3 <strong>el prop\u00f3sito de aprender a servir y convertir VIAHR en un espacio para que expertos se sumen a la lucha contra el burnout. <\/strong>Tambi\u00e9n hizo \u00e9nfasis en la importancia de llevar el mensaje m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del mundo corporativo, alcanzando a todos los colaboradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n se plantearon diversos desaf\u00edos. Uno de ellos es <strong>el reconocimiento tanto a nivel individual como empresarial de que las personas y las empresas pueden estar &#8220;enfermas&#8221; debido al agotamiento laboral.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilcia nos record\u00f3 que <strong>es fundamental perder el miedo y la verg\u00fcenza a expresar que no podemos m\u00e1s y a asumir que no nos sentimos bien.<\/strong> Para abordar el problema del burnout, es necesario visibilizar y hablar abiertamente del tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se destac\u00f3 <strong>la importancia de tomar decisiones conscientes para evitar enfermarse y enfermar a la empresa<\/strong>. La creaci\u00f3n de alianzas entre diferentes sectores tambi\u00e9n se plantea como una estrategia valiosa para tratar el burnout de manera efectiva. Y para evaluar el impacto de cualquier intervenci\u00f3n, es imprescindible medir antes, durante y despu\u00e9s de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro del foro, el Padre Andr\u00e9s Ramos tambi\u00e9n comparti\u00f3 perspectivas valiosas sobre c\u00f3mo la iglesia puede contribuir al bienestar y prevenci\u00f3n del burnout.
