Miles de estudios han comprobado el da\u00f1o f\u00edsico-emocional-mental que causa la falta de sue\u00f1o. M\u00e1s desconcentraci\u00f3n, irritabilidad, falta de claridad. Unas 7-8 horas de sue\u00f1o te hacen sentir renovado, enfocado y de buen humor. Mejoras la productividad. Alejas el burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. &#8220;No&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La palabra &#8220;NO&#8221; es la nueva palabra favorita. Poner l\u00edmites y disminuir el exceso de cargas es un paso CLAVE y necesario. Hazte la pregunta, \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 estoy en camino de padecer el burnout? Una de las razones m\u00e1s comunes es que tenemos una carga laboral y emocional m\u00e1s grande de la que podemos manejar, seguir diciendo &#8220;s\u00ed&#8221; a m\u00e1s cosas s\u00f3lo va a aumentar el malestar y alejar la soluci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Empieza con las tareas mas dif\u00edciles primero.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Durante el d\u00eda, tanto nuestro enfoque como energ\u00eda mental y emocional va disminuyendo a medida que va pasando el tiempo. Si comienzas con lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil, vas a estar en mejor condici\u00f3n para terminarlo que dej\u00e1ndola para el final. Adem\u00e1s, el resto del d\u00eda te sentir\u00e1s aliviado porque &#8220;saliste de eso&#8221;, en vez de tenso porque lo tienes pendiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tres cosas sencillas, pero MUY efectivas.
