Es esa emoci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 detr\u00e1s de la irritabilidad, la tristeza, <strong>desmotivaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, indiferencia -con todo y todos-, cansancio, falta de energ\u00eda; es aqu\u00ed cuando s\u00f3lo vemos lo negativo. En otros y en nosotros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falla la memoria, falla la atenci\u00f3n, la concentraci\u00f3n. Hay menos apetito y m\u00e1s insomnio<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos hacer para sentirnos mejor, con m\u00e1s energ\u00eda, vitalidad, motivaci\u00f3n?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sociedad, tenemos la creencia de que hay que esperar a estar motivados para empezar a accionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando es todo lo contrario, la f\u00f3rmula es acci\u00f3n = motivaci\u00f3n, no al rev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa esto?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para empezar a sentirte motivado no tienes que esperar, tienes que accionar. La inacci\u00f3n produce m\u00e1s apat\u00eda y te roba m\u00e1s energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empieza por ponerte tareas peque\u00f1as. Define 3 cosas por hacer que sabes que son manejables para ti. En la medida que terminas una tras otra, te empezar\u00e1s a sentir mejor. M\u00e1s liviano. M\u00e1s en\u00e9rgico. Poco a poco lo que se sent\u00eda como una carga gigante se sentir\u00e1 como algo manejable, y despu\u00e9s volver\u00e1 a sentirse como algo sencillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paciencia, amor y compasi\u00f3n contigo. Esa es la v\u00eda -incluso cuando no est\u00e1s ap\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra forma de darse cuenta que estamos en apat\u00eda es que nos cuesta mirar a los ojos, sonre\u00edr, hablar y escuchar se convierten en cosas que nos drenan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo mejor que puedes hacer?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mirar a los ojos, sonre\u00edr, hablar, escuchar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preg\u00fantate, una y otra vez:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo actuar\u00eda si no me sintiese ap\u00e1tico? <\/li><li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00eda mi reacci\u00f3n si me sintiera m\u00e1s feliz, tranquilo, liviano? <\/li><li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hablar\u00eda si no estuviera irritado?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9sta es tu gu\u00eda. Tu mapa. Hazle caso a tus respuestas y date cuenta como tu mente y tu cuerpo empiezan a recibir un mensaje diferente: \u00ab<strong>Esp\u00e9rate un segundo, \u00e9sta actitud la tiene alguien que se siente bien.<\/strong> Vamos a producir esas emociones entonces.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El<strong> tema con la apat\u00eda<\/strong> es que todo lo que podemos hacer para mejorar se siente contrario a lo que queremos en ese momento. Y es que claro, lo que quieres nace de la apat\u00eda \u00bfc\u00f3mo esperar algo diferente?
