Nos estresamos menos. Nos relajamos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parad\u00f3jicamente, somos mucho m\u00e1s efectivos cuando estamos relajados, a\u00fan teniendo 50 cosas en nuestra lista de pendientes.&nbsp;Entonces, <strong>\u00bfc\u00f3mo llevamos el d\u00eda de manera m\u00e1s \u201crelajada\u201d y m\u00e1s productiva a la vez?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Empieza el d\u00eda por la tarea m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil<\/strong><em>. <\/em>Usualmente es la que m\u00e1s evitas porque es la que sabes que te va a consumir m\u00e1s. Necesitas m\u00e1s concentraci\u00f3n. M\u00e1s esfuerzo. Al empezar el d\u00eda, tienes m\u00e1s energ\u00eda y terminarla ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s sencillo y fluido.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Evita ver el tel\u00e9fono mientras est\u00e1s enfocado:<\/strong> Cada vez que agarramos el tel\u00e9fono para \u201cdistraernos un ratico\u201d perdemos energ\u00eda y la l\u00ednea de enfoque con la que venimos. Toma peque\u00f1as pausas de 5 \u2013 10 minutos durante el d\u00eda para desconectarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando est\u00e9s haciendo una tarea, enf\u00f3cate 100% en ella<\/strong> y olv\u00eddate del resto de cosas que tienes pendientes. S\u00f3lo con pensar en \u201cme falta esto, esto esto y aquello\u201d te est\u00e1s estresando de forma innecesaria. No puedes hacer m\u00e1s de lo que tienes enfrente. Dale toda tu atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Escucha m\u00fasica de tu preferencia mientras trabajas<\/strong>. Cuando mezclamos algo que quiz\u00e1s no nos gusta tanto, con algo que disfrutamos, hacerlo es mucho m\u00e1s ameno. Trabajamos m\u00e1s calmados, y nuestra mente est\u00e1 enfocada en disfrutar de la m\u00fasica y el trabajo que estamos haciendo, en vez de pensar en lo que est\u00e1 pendiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Date cuenta cada vez que tu cuerpo est\u00e1 tenso durante el d\u00eda<\/strong>. La tensi\u00f3n en el cuerpo refleja que estamos estresados. Cada vez que se presentan situaciones que nos estresan, la reacci\u00f3n f\u00edsica es tensar los m\u00fasculos.
