Estas formas\/patrones tambi\u00e9n delinean en gran manera nuestra personalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son algunas de estas formas y c\u00f3mo identificarlas?&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Exigencia y Perfeccionismo:<\/strong>&nbsp;Frases como \u201ces necesario que\u201d, \u201ctiene que\u201d. En el trabajo, pensamientos como: \u201cLo que hago debe ser siempre impecable y perfecto.\u201d De forma m\u00e1s inconsciente, est\u00e1 el \u201ctengo que hacer las cosas bien para merecer la aprobaci\u00f3n de los dem\u00e1s.\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Aprobaci\u00f3n extrema<\/strong>: Este lleva consigo la falta de l\u00edmites. \u201cEstoy disponible siempre, a toda hora, todos los d\u00edas.\u201d Busca ser amado por todos a su alrededor. Complaciendo, sirviendo, aunque vaya en contra de lo que la persona quiera\/sienta.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sobre-valoraci\u00f3n del \u00e9xito:<\/strong>&nbsp;Aqu\u00ed el \u00e9xito equivale a autovaloraci\u00f3n. Si no tengo una, no tengo la otra. \u201cPara ser alguien tengo que tener \u00e9xito\u201d, \u201cNo puedo parar hasta ser exitoso\u201d.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Catastrofismo:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00c9ste espera lo peor en todas las situaciones. \u00bfY si pierdo mi trabajo?, \u201cEs lo peor que podr\u00eda pasarme.\u201d Nada a su alrededor habla de esta posibilidad, pero el pensamiento se mantiene constante en la persona.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ilusi\u00f3n de control:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00c9ste toma todas las responsabilidades para s\u00ed mismo. \u201cTodo depende de m\u00ed\u201d, \u201csoy responsable de todo\u201d. Llevan sus cargas y las de otros en sus hombros.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer paso y el m\u00e1s importante es identificar cu\u00e1l predomina en nosotros.
