Toma consciencia para distanciarte de la sensaci\u00f3n. Cuando te sientes abrumado, separar la parte de ti que est\u00e1 sintiendo estas emociones de quien eres por naturaleza -el bienestar del que hablamos la semana pasada- es muy efectivo: &#8220;hay una parte de mi que siente tristeza&#8221;.<\/li><li><strong>Ponle nombre:<\/strong> \u00bfC\u00f3mo describir\u00edas la emoci\u00f3n? Darle un nombre le permite a la corteza pre-frontal (la zona de nuestro cerebro que razona) quitarle la carga emocional y dejarla ir, o ponerla a un lado. Deja de tomar control sobre ti cuando le abrimos la puerta a la raz\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>Aprecia lo que sientes: <\/strong>Una de las cosas m\u00e1s efectivas a la hora de manejar las emociones negativas es aceptar que nos estamos sintiendo mal y quitarnos el juicio por ello: &#8220;me estoy sintiendo triste por esto y aquello, y eso est\u00e1 bien.&#8221; Algo se est\u00e1 disparando y negarlo o lucharlo no va a cambiarlo.
