Los expertos dicen que la hay; esto es lo que recomiendan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfTe sientes ansioso el domingo? <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00f3mate 15 minutos para planificar.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crear una rutina semanal para prevenir el agotamiento comienza al comienzo de la semana laboral. Planificar con anticipaci\u00f3n para la semana no solo nos brinda la oportunidad de ver lo que se avecina, sino tambi\u00e9n nos permite crear tiempo para relajarnos y hacer cosas que disfrutemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No m\u00e1s de 15 minutos y dejar la semana planificada nos trae calma y la sensaci\u00f3n de orden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>30 minutos de ejercicio<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quemar calor\u00edas tambi\u00e9n puede ayudar a prevenir el agotamiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ejercicio es un gran reductor del estr\u00e9s, una oportunidad social y una pr\u00e1ctica de atenci\u00f3n plena. Ya sea movimientos de alta intensidad como la pliometr\u00eda o HIIT , o movimientos m\u00e1s fluidos como el yoga y caminar, la idea es elegir una actividad que nos resulte agradable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lev\u00e1ntate del pensamiento negativo y escr\u00edbelo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si sientes que todo se est\u00e1 volviendo un poco abrumador, t\u00f3mate un momento para sacar la charla de tu cabeza y ponerla en papel, o incluso en tu tel\u00e9fono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es necesario que guardes lo que escribes; el objetivo es expresar nuestros pensamientos y sentimientos en un entorno seguro en lugar de seguir pensando en ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Construye momentos cortos de paz y rejuvenecimiento.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Peque\u00f1os momento de silencio, y peque\u00f1as siestas de 5-10 minutos despu\u00e9s de una tarea o reuni\u00f3n que nos agote la energ\u00eda pueden convertir un d\u00eda agotador, en un d\u00eda tranquilo.
