{"id":5182,"date":"2021-11-01T13:51:45","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T17:51:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/?p=5182"},"modified":"2021-11-01T13:52:24","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T17:52:24","slug":"como-saber-si-estoy-burned-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/como-saber-si-estoy-burned-out\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo saber si estoy burned-out?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Una de las razones por las que una persona puede padecer burned-out, es porque no sabe reconocer qu\u00e9 s\u00edntomas indican que va en esa direcci\u00f3n.\u00a0<br><br>Probablemente presenta meses sintiendo cosas que le indican que no est\u00e1 agotando, pero no ha sabido reconocerlas y no toma acci\u00f3n para evitarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfA qu\u00e9 se\u00f1ales debemos estar atentos?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Olvido y dificultad para concentrarnos<\/li><li>Dejamos la ambici\u00f3n de lado y con ella nuestras metas<\/li><li>Se dificulta&nbsp;para mantener relaciones y estar presente con nuestros&nbsp;seres queridos<\/li><li>Sentimos frustraci\u00f3n e irritabilidad con nuestros clientes y compa\u00f1eros de trabajo<\/li><li>Tensiones&nbsp;musculares, dolor, fatiga e insomnio sin motivo aparente<\/li><li>Dejamos de disfrutar nuestros hobbies y se relajarnos fuera del trabajo es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 cosas podemos empezar a hacer para empezar a disminuir el agotamiento?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priorizar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas cosas simplemente tienen que hacerse, pero otras pueden esperar hasta que tengamos\u00a0m\u00e1s tiempo y energ\u00eda. Decide qu\u00e9 tareas son menos importantes y d\u00e9jalas a un lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delegar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No podemos\u00a0hacer todo nosotros\u00a0mismos, as\u00ed que, si realizamos m\u00e1s tareas de las que podemos\u00a0manejar necesitan atenci\u00f3n inmediata, delegarlas a alguien en quien confiemos es clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dejar el trabajo en el trabajo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parte de la recuperaci\u00f3n del agotamiento es aprender a priorizar el equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida personal. Despu\u00e9s de salir del trabajo, el foco debe estar\u00a0en relajarnos\u00a0y recargar energ\u00edas para el d\u00eda siguiente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ser\u00a0honestos con\u00a0nuestras necesidades<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3lo hablar con otras personas involucradas y hacerles\u00a0saber lo que est\u00e1 pasando\u00a0alivia. Explicar\u00a0que necesitamos apoyo para cuidar nuestra\u00a0salud y administrar la\u00a0carga de trabajo de manera productiva crea un ambiente de seguridad y empat\u00eda que alimenta el alma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si sientes que tu nivel de agotamiento es muy alto, llena este formulario  y recibir\u00e1s una cita con un coach o un terapeuta -tu lo eliges-.
