Tenemos la sensaci\u00f3n de estar separados de nosotros mismos.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Sol\u00edamos estar motivados: <\/strong>Una persona perezosa en ning\u00fan momento se sinti\u00f3 motivada o entusiasta hacia su trabajo. Si antes ten\u00edamos ambici\u00f3n y deseo de superaci\u00f3n y eso se perdi\u00f3, es posible que el motivo sea el burnout.<\/li><li><strong>Sol\u00edamos ser apasionados:<\/strong> Una clara diferencia entre una persona con pereza y una persona agotada, es que la \u00faltima tiene hobbies, pasatiempos, cosas que le apasionan y le entusiasma hacer. Cuando padecemos burnout, dejamos de disfrutarlas.<\/li><li><strong>Estamos malhumorados e irritables: <\/strong>Empezamos a sentirnos emocionalmente fuera de control y nos irritamos con facilidad. La persona perezosa suele ser despreocupada.<\/li><li><strong>Hemos desatendido nuestro cuidado personal: <\/strong>Ignorar el cuidado personal y retraernos socialmente son indicadores claves de una persona emocionalmente agotada.<\/li><li><strong>Los cambios se dieron de forma gradual: <\/strong>El burnout se da por etapas. En principio se ve como estr\u00e9s sostenido, luego viene la p\u00e9rdida de motivaci\u00f3n, el agotamiento ocasional y por \u00faltimo el agotamiento cr\u00f3nico.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La se\u00f1al m\u00e1s importante, es que simplemente antes del burnout no se actuaba de esta manera.
