En este punto, aparte de <a href=\"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/programa-cuidamos-de-ti\/\"><strong>buscar ayuda<\/strong><\/a>, la prioridad debe estar en las cosas que nos recargan, en resumen, <strong>es buscar hacer menos, en vez de m\u00e1s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Toma descansos m\u00e1s seguidos:<\/strong> No hay que esperar a estar agobiado para hacerlo. La idea es hacerlo para no llegar al agobio. 10 minutos cada hora, 15 minutos cada hora y media hacen magia cuando hay cansancio acumulado.<\/li><li><strong>Ver cosas que nos hagan re\u00edr:<\/strong> Con burnout, nuestro \u00e1nimo no es el mejor y la irritabilidad es una constante. Usar estos &#8220;breaks&#8221; para ver cosas que nos hagan re\u00edr produce endorfinas y nos dan un mejor humor para el resto del d\u00eda.<\/li><li><strong>No actuar en el momento cumbre de estr\u00e9s<\/strong>: Si estamos burned-out, seguramente el estr\u00e9s es una constante en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Cada vez que se presenten situaciones estresantes, tomar una pausa para respirar y preguntarnos:<ul><li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00eda esta situaci\u00f3n si no la estuviese viendo estresado?\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00eda desde la calma?<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos permitimos darnos cuenta que es posible ver la situaci\u00f3n de una manera diferente, si as\u00ed lo queremos. Sin hablar de que nos recarga, y pensamos en soluciones con m\u00e1s ligereza y claridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Escuchar nuestro cuerpo es clave. Si necesitamos descanso, tomamos el descanso. Si estamos estresados, paramos a respirar.
