En lugar de trabajar 8 horas seguidas, dividirlo en bloques permite mayor descanso, enfoque y eficiencia.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Hacer una pr\u00e1ctica de relajaci\u00f3n en el momento de estr\u00e9s:<\/strong> Aunque suene clich\u00e9 y completamente contraintuitivo, en la cumbre del estr\u00e9s es cuando somos menos productivos, pensamos con menos claridad, y m\u00e1s nos agotamos. \u00c9ste es el momento donde parar 5 minutos para respirar, ver un v\u00eddeo c\u00f3mico, poner una m\u00fasica cl\u00e1sica, puede cambiar el curso del d\u00eda completamente.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Darle prioridad a los momentos de compartir:<\/strong> Ya sea con familia o con amigos, los momentos de encuentro suelen re-energizarnos y darnos una sensaci\u00f3n de alegr\u00eda y alivio. Muchas veces, por el mismo cansancio y estr\u00e9s, dejamos esto de lado. Compartir c\u00f3mo nos sentimos, escuchar y sentirnos escuchados siempre va a ser sanador.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas son 3 cosas sencillas pero muy efectivas que puedes hacer si sientes que no has llegado, pero est\u00e1s cerca de padecer burnout.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llegar a estar cerca del agotamiento es algo que se va dando de forma paulatina y sin que nos demos cuenta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por eso que los pasos y decisiones que se deben tomar para prevenirlo tienen que ser conscientes.
