{"id":6482,"date":"2022-04-09T03:01:24","date_gmt":"2022-04-09T07:01:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/?p=6482"},"modified":"2022-04-09T05:44:37","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T09:44:37","slug":"medidas-para-prevenir-el-sindrome-de-burnout","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/medidas-para-prevenir-el-sindrome-de-burnout\/","title":{"rendered":"Medidas para prevenir el s\u00edndrome de burnout"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prevenir el burnout. \u00bfC\u00f3mo hacerlo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prevenir el burnout <\/strong>es posible y revertirlo tambi\u00e9n lo es.<strong> <\/strong>En cualquier caso, para definir qu\u00e9 acciones tomar lo fundamental es identificarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por esa raz\u00f3n, en las \u00faltimas dos semanas hemos hablado de las <a href=\"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/etapas-del-burnout-en-cual-estas-tu\/\">12 fases del burnout<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfTe identificaste en alguna?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si consideras que te encuentras en la <strong>etapa de agotamiento total,<\/strong> lo m\u00e1s recomendable es buscar ayuda profesional.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Si a\u00fan no has pasado el punto de inflexi\u00f3n, las siguientes medidas pueden contribuir a la <strong>recuperaci\u00f3n del cansancio y<\/strong> <strong>prevenir el s\u00edndrome de burnout<\/strong> en primer lugar:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parar el \u201cmultitasking\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hacer varias tareas a la vez no significa mayor eficiencia. Por el contrario, somos m\u00e1s despistados, estamos menos presentes y, por lo tanto, menos productivos en el trabajo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crear una lista de tareas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Escribir una lista de tareas pendientes que consista solo en las cosas que absolutamente tiene que lograr cada d\u00eda, en lugar de guiarse por una lista con el total de ellas. El m\u00ednimo indispensable. Una serie de problemas psicol\u00f3gicos pueden aumentar la probabilidad de experimentar agotamiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los problemas personales afectan nuestra capacidad para hacer nuestro mejor trabajo, abordar las necesidades emocionales subyacentes a menudo mejora nuestra capacidad para compartimentar y hacer frente al estr\u00e9s en el trabajo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hablar con un terapeuta puede ayudar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Practicar mindfulness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay muchos conceptos err\u00f3neos sobre lo que realmente es la &#8220;atenci\u00f3n plena&#8221; y la meditaci\u00f3n, pero varios an\u00e1lisis concluyen que la atenci\u00f3n plena se asocia con una disminuci\u00f3n de la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n y el dolor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llevar la conciencia y la curiosidad a los temas de preocupaci\u00f3n ayuda a disolverlos, y una excelente manera de hacerlo es practicar meditaciones cortas todos los d\u00edas.
