{"id":9920,"date":"2022-07-08T14:40:13","date_gmt":"2022-07-08T18:40:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/?p=9920"},"modified":"2024-01-30T06:21:21","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T11:21:21","slug":"como-mantener-la-calma-en-el-trabajo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/viahr.org\/staging\/8024\/como-mantener-la-calma-en-el-trabajo\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo Mantener la Calma en el Trabajo: Estrategias para Superar el Estr\u00e9s en un Mundo Hipercompetitivo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En la actualidad, enfrentamos una hipercompetitividad y un ritmo de cambio sin precedentes, lo que nos lleva a cuestionarnos: \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos mantener la calma en el trabajo cuando el estr\u00e9s alcanza niveles elevados? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stress.org\/how-to-reduce-workload-and-avoid-stress-at-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Instituto Americano del <strong>estr\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El 80% de los trabajadores sienten estr\u00e9s en el trabajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 25% ha sentido ganas de gritar por el estr\u00e9s laboral<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El 14% de los encuestados han tenido ganas de golpear a un compa\u00f1ero de trabajo en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, pero no lo hizo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9% son conscientes de un acto violento en su lugar de trabajo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bajo estr\u00e9s, retrocedemos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos psic\u00f3logos creen que volvemos a los comportamientos que usamos en la infancia cuando nos enfrentamos a una <strong>amenaza emocional.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si de ni\u00f1o te escapabas y te escond\u00edas en tu cuarto, o te sentabas malhumorado si las cosas no iban como quer\u00edas, <strong>es muy posible que hoy tu reacci\u00f3n ante el estr\u00e9s sea \u201ccerrarte\u201d y excluir a la gente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfD\u00f3nde est\u00e1 la diferencia?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda est\u00e1 de acuerdo en que <strong>un buen ejecutivo de una empresa tiene un comportamiento tranquilo, seguro y confiado. <\/strong>Mientras que otros corren y reaccionan a lo largo del d\u00eda, los ejecutivos de gran \u00e9xito parecen caminar con calma, con un prop\u00f3sito y permanecen enfocados en sus objetivos predefinidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 interrogantes que todos tenemos en la cabeza:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo lo hacen las personas exitosas? <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo mantienen la calma bajo presi\u00f3n?<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bfC\u00f3mo superan la reacci\u00f3n natural a retroceder cuando est\u00e1n bajo estr\u00e9s?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1- Cuidan sus cuerpos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El entorno es la variable m\u00e1s grande cuando se trata de comportamiento, y el cuerpo es el entorno inmediato de nuestra mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas exitosas son intencionales acerca de cu\u00e1ndo y qu\u00e9 comen. \u00a1La comida es combustible!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y tambi\u00e9n lo son con respecto a su sue\u00f1o. Ocho horas no es realista para la mayor\u00eda de nosotros, pero en lugar de pensar en la cantidad de sue\u00f1o, debemos centrarnos en su calidad (maximizar el tiempo de sue\u00f1o profundo).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2- Hacen ejercicio<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Numerosos estudios han demostrado que<strong> el ejercicio reduce el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad e incluso la depresi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto se debe a que aumenta la cantidad de hormonas para sentirse bien, como la serotonina, y reduce el cortisol, que es la principal hormona del estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3- Entrenan sus mentes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchas de las personas m\u00e1s estables emocionalmente<strong> han fortalecido sus mentes a trav\u00e9s de la meditaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un estudio de Harvard mostr\u00f3 que despu\u00e9s de ocho semanas de meditaci\u00f3n hubo un crecimiento en el hipocampo (el \u00e1rea del cerebro que regula las emociones) y una reducci\u00f3n en el volumen de las c\u00e9lulas cerebrales en la <strong>am\u00edgdala, la parte responsable de la ansiedad y el estr\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u279c <\/strong>La buena noticia es que hacer un entrenamiento mental de meditaci\u00f3n solo toma unos minutos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u279c <\/strong>Si deseas aprender a meditar, entre las aplicaciones favoritas se encuentran: Headspace, Waking Up y Muse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4- Est\u00e1n cimentados en la gratitud<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas altamente exitosas tienen una actitud de gratitud. La emoci\u00f3n negativa es eliminada por sentimientos positivos de agradecimiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No importa cu\u00e1n mala sea nuestra situaci\u00f3n, si hacemos una pausa, por lo general es muy f\u00e1cil ver cu\u00e1nto mejor estamos que los dem\u00e1s. Similar a la meditaci\u00f3n, tener una pr\u00e1ctica s\u00f3lida de gratitud literalmente cambia nuestro cerebro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el estr\u00e9s es un foco de atenci\u00f3n sobre algo que valoramos y que est\u00e1 bajo amenaza, no es de extra\u00f1ar que todos lo estemos sintiendo m\u00e1s que nunca.
