No solo por el trabajo, sino por la vida personal y familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estr\u00e9s tiene muchas consecuencias negativas en la salud tanto f\u00edsica como mental, por lo que es importante encontrar formas de reducirlo y manejarlo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tener un l\u00edder que comprenda esto y ayude a generar un ambiente de trabajo en el que esto sea posible es determinante para que haya un cambio en la cultura de una organizaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, te muestro 6 cosas que puede hacer un jefe para ayudar a su equipo a reducir el estr\u00e9s y aumentar la productividad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Enfocar al equipo en lo que realmente importa:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer paso es identificar qu\u00e9 es lo que el equipo aporta a la compa\u00f1\u00eda que nadie m\u00e1s puede aportar. La respuesta a esta pregunta puede parecer sencilla, pero es importante involucrar a los colaboradores en el proceso de encontrarla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que todos est\u00e1n de acuerdo con el prop\u00f3sito del grupo este se convertir\u00e1 en la gu\u00eda con la cual todos deciden c\u00f3mo ocupar su tiempo y en la prueba para decidir si tomar una nueva tarea o dejarla ir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Editar la carga de trabajo:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto significa evaluar todos los proyectos para saber si cumplen con ciertas caracter\u00edsticas: \u00bfvan con el prop\u00f3sito del equipo?, \u00bfson acordes a las fortalezas de la persona?, \u00bfson importantes para las metas de la organizaci\u00f3n? Es la labor del l\u00edder ayudar a todos a ser m\u00e1s productivos y protegerlos de tareas de baja prioridad que sean impuestas por la alta direcci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando surja un proyecto, el jefe debe considerarlo seg\u00fan las preguntas anteriores antes de decidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agendar trabajo ininterrumpido:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando una persona se distrae de su trabajo le toma al menos 20 minutos volver a concentrarse en la tarea. Lo que un l\u00edder puede hacer para evitar esto es pedirle a su equipo que designe al menos una hora cada ma\u00f1ana para hacer trabajo proactivo sin interrupciones, a menos de que sea una emergencia. Al hacer de esta una meta grupal, se aumenta la concentraci\u00f3n colectiva y todos se ayudan a lograrla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra estrategia es ayudar a los colaboradores a \u00abpartir\u00bb los proyectos grandes en tareas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que puedan ser completadas en los momentos de trabajo concentrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Disminuir las reuniones:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las reuniones de trabajo son inevitables, pero tambi\u00e9n pueden ser una gran p\u00e9rdida de tiempo. Por eso, todas ellas deben tener no m\u00e1s de tres objetivos, para lograr discusiones productivas y toma de decisiones importantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se deben fijar l\u00edmites para su duraci\u00f3n y elegir bien a las personas que realmente necesitan asistir. Pero lo m\u00e1s importante es que antes de llamar a una junta el jefe analice si un correo electr\u00f3nico o un memo pueden lograr el mismo objetivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poner l\u00edmites a los correos electr\u00f3nicos:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda ha generado que todos estemos siempre en modo de trabajo, ya que este se puede filtrar en las horas de descanso o fines de semana gracias al correo electr\u00f3nico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es contraproducente porque las personas nunca sienten que tuvieron un descanso y si no tienen ese tiempo para recargar bater\u00eda se generan niveles peligrosos de estr\u00e9s y ansiedad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un l\u00edder debe recordar que pocas cosas son urgentes y que es m\u00e1s importante conectar con lo que nos importa, tanto en temas personales como profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Liderar con el ejemplo:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si el jefe quiere crear nuevas normas para su equipo debe estar listo para vivirlas tambi\u00e9n.
