Over the past few weeks, we have been immersed in the exciting content of the First Ibero-American Congress Against Burnout, an event that brought together 15 expert speakers to explore how to prevent and reduce burnout both in the workplace and personally. 

Today we would like to share with you an excerpt from the conference by Néstor Braidot, renowned researcher, writer and lecturer in the field of neurosciences applied to work and daily life .

In his presentation, Néstor Braidot reminded us that change is not exclusive to moments of crisis, but can also arise from joy and inspiration. 

He explained why it is so important to find a balance between what we feel and what we do, and how this helps us to prevent stress and burnout. In addition, Nestor gave us concrete strategies to achieve it:
Balanceand lead emotions: Our emotions are like internal compasses that guide us in life. Recognizing and understanding them allows us to face challenges more effectively. By leading them, in turn, we can make informed decisions and avoid impulsive reactions.
