VIAHR is a private, non-profit foundation committed to the well-being of the individual suffering from BURNOUT SYNDROME.
What does

mean?
"A semicolon indicates a pause in a sentence which is then continued.
In life it sometimes seems
you've stopped,
but what matters is
your determination to keep going.
Like the semicolon symbol, VIAHR emphasizes the need for a pause in order to continue. We have adopted the semicolon as our brand isotype as it perfectly represents our goal to emphasize that a pause is a good practice pertinent to a healthy lifestyle. Whether as an individual or in the business world, we need to learn and acknowledge the value of taking a pause.
The desire to keep up with being a multi-tasker, in our personal and work lives, has made us forget the importance of certain passive activities. VIAHR will help you to explore and implement how to recharge your energy and restructure your priorities in order to lead to a more fulfilling life as you move forward with your goals.
