Many times, during the day, because of that thought of:

We don't allow ourselves to do anything that literally "triggers us" at any time, and we even feel guilty about it. As opposed to contributing to your productivity, not allowing yourself to do something that YOU are deciding to do (understanding that most of your tasks for the day are not entirely imposed by you) generates more burden and that feeling that you are not putting yourself first.
Invest 10 to 15 minutes of your day to do something YOU want to do: sit and watch some Program, read a book, eat a snack, or just do nothing, because you want to.
This simple action will lead you to feel relieved and more in control of your day and your time. Having at least a small part of your schedule set by you makes a big difference.
