Featured Experiences: The Pausa Experience

In the framework of the Congress "Wellness without Burnout," the attendees experienced the Pause Experiencea unique opportunity to disconnect and connect with their inner well-being. Guided by Alejandra Vallejo-Nágera y Jorge Corellaparticipants explored the power of letting go of the emotional burdens we carry day by day. Through the analogy of a "backpack of stones" that we fill with worries and tensions, they learned to release that which weighs us down and prevents us from moving forward. This conscious pause was a reminder of the importance of leaving behind what wears us down in order to continue on the path with lightness and balance.
