Over the past few weeks, we have been immersed in the exciting content of the First Ibero-American Congress Against Burnout, an event that brought together 15 expert speakers to explore how to prevent and reduce burnout in both the workplace and personal life. 

Today we would like to share with you an excerpt from the conference " " (The Power of the Brain) by Néstor Braidot, a renowned researcher, writer, and lecturer in the field of neuroscience applied to work and everyday life. 

In his presentation, Néstor Braidot reminded us that change is not exclusive to times of crisis, but can also arise from joy and inspiration. 

He explained why it is so important to find a balance between what we feel and what we do, and how this helps us prevent stress and burnout. Néstor also gave us specific strategies for achieving this:
Balancing and managing emotions: Our emotions are like internal compasses that guide us through life. Recognizing and understanding them allows us to face challenges more effectively. By leading them, in turn, we can make informed decisions and avoid impulsive reactions.
