Together we held the Second Ibero-American Congress on Preventing Burnout in Madrid, under the slogan "Well-being without Burnout," a meeting that marked a milestone in the Ibero-American conversation on mental health, rest, and workplace sustainability.
Subsequently, José Luis attended the Third Ibero-American Congress on Burnout Prevention as an assistant, reaffirming his commitment to VIAHR's mission and the importance of continuing to promote spaces for reflection, learning, and care around workplace well-being.
