How do I identify my thought patterns?

One of the easiest ways to identify when we are caught up in negative thought patterns is to listen to our body.

By nature, we are balanced, loving, joyful, and abundant beings.

What we are not always aware of is that, as a result of beliefs that go against this truth (learned since childhood), our minds often do not produce thoughts that are positive and promote well-being, but rather thoughts based on what we believe about ourselves.

So, when we have negative thoughts, thoughts of fear, insecurity, or lack, what this creates in our body is an imbalance. In other words, what we are thinking is not in tune with who we really are.

Therefore, this mental imbalance creates a physical imbalance.

That being the case, when we have positive thoughts of well-being, security, love, and trust, that is when we feel physically well.

Our body is balanced because our thoughts are in tune with its natural state.

If we look at our body and see that we have anxiety, tension in our neck or back, gastritis, headaches, this tells us that our negative thought patterns are prevailing over the positive ones.

Conscious change, once we realize that we are not feeling well, to positive thoughts that are in line with how we want to feel, is key to changing how we feel in our daily lives.

Now, how do we get to the point where, beyond consciously changing them, we stop producing them?

To do this, you need to get to the root of your negative thought patterns (your negative beliefs about yourself).
