Who set your schedule for today?

Who set your schedule for today?

What can you do right now to feel better, prevent burnout, or start reducing it in your daily life?

Nothing long or complicated. This is reading and doing.

Many times during the day, because of that "I have to, I have to, I have to" mindset, we don't allow ourselves to do anything that literally "tempts" us, and we even feel guilty about it.

Instead of contributing to your productivity, not allowing yourself to do something that YOU are deciding (understanding that most of your daily tasks are not entirely imposed on you) creates more stress and that feeling that you are not putting yourself first.

What would happen if you took 10-15 minutes out of your day to do something YOU want to do?

  • Sit down to watch a program
  • Read a book
  • Have a snack
  • Just sitting around doing nothing, because that's what you want to do.

These simple actions will help you feel relieved and more in control of your day and your time.

Having at least a small part of your schedule defined by you makes a big difference.

Try it today!
