Many times during the day, because of that thought:

We don't allow ourselves to do anything that literally "provokes" us at any time, and we even feel guilty about it. Instead of contributing to your productivity, not allowing yourself to do something that YOU are deciding (understanding that most of your daily tasks are not entirely imposed on you) creates more stress and that feeling that you are not putting yourself first.
Spend 10 to 15 minutes of your day doing something YOU want to do: sit down and watch a show, read a book, eat a snack, or simply do nothing, because that's what you want to do.
This simple action will make you feel relieved and more in control of your day and your time. Having at least a small part of your schedule defined by you makes a big difference.
